Companies House like forms, and like having a lot of them. We advise that you allow us to manage this administration for you, which we mostly do online now, however please see here if you would prefer to manage this process yourself. Please see below various links to some of the common paper forms.

IN01 (Application to register a company)

You may use this form to register a private or public company. You cannot use this form to register a limited liability partnership, to do this please use form LLIN01.

AA01 (Change of accounting reference date)

You may use this form to change the accounting reference date relating to wither the current, or the immediately previous, accounting period. You cannot use this form to change a period for which the accounts are already overdue or extend a period beyond 18 months unless the company is in administration.

AD01 (Change of registered office address)

You may use this form to change a company’s registered office address. You cannot use this for to change the registered office address of a LLP. To do this, please use form LLAD01.

AP01 (Appointment of a director)

You may use this form to appoint an individual as a director. You cannot use the form to appoint a corporate director, to do this please use form AP02.

TM01 (Termination of appointment of director)

You may use this form to terminate the appointment of a director. You cannot use this form to terminate the appointment of a secretary. To do this please use form TM02.
